Most people struggle because their system isn’t trained to deal with the level of stress they’re exposed to every day. In modern life, stress is constant. Work, responsibilities, expectations, family - this isn’t going away.

So what does that mean?

You won’t be able to remove all stress from your life.

But you can change how your system responds to it.

Why is that important?

Right now, your system reacts the way it has learned to react.


pressure → tension
overload → mental noise
stress → no real recovery


What’s the problem?

Doing something once or twice a week might feel good in the moment - but it won’t create lasting change.
